Natural Fertility

Hello! Welcome to my naturopathic fertility practice. Since 2000, I have counselled individuals and couples with fertility concerns on how to improve chances of conception with naturopathic therapies.  Whether you are planning on conceiving in the near future and would like pre-conception care, or you are currently receiving conventional medical treatment, the naturopathic fertility approach will help you to be at your healthiest and most fertile.

I've had 15 years of experience as a Natural Fertility specialist. I've supported women and men who were diagnosed with: unexplained infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss (miscarriage), endometriosis, PCOS, high FSH, amenorrhea, POF, low AMH, uterine fibroids, low sperm counts, low motility and other male factor fertility issues, hormonal imbalances, and irregular cycles.

During my years of practice, I have worked closely with patients from the CReATe Fertility Centre, LifeQuest Centre for Reproductive Medicine, TCART, Centre for Fertility and Reproductive Health at Mount Sinai, Hannam Fertility Centre, First Steps Fertility, as well as patients of Dr. Ky Li and Dr. Patrick Hewlitt. In the west end of Toronto, I have also supported patients from Toronto West Fertility Clinic, ISIS Fertility Clinic, and ASTRA Fertility Group. All of this experience has earned me a reputation for safe and effective care when supporting medical fertility patients. I have also provided successful help to patients who have seen me for pre-conception care.

Naturopathic Medicine is founded on the premise that healing can occur through stimulating the body's natural healing abilities with the use of nutrition, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicines, acupuncture, homeopathy and physical therapies. In the case of fertility, obstacles to conception such as food sensitivities, hormone imbalance, and other causes can be addressed.
